CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERIES TO COMPANY PREMISES

 

  1. Deliveries to company premises start with the first issue available after the order is placed, or at a time specified by the Orderer,
  2. The order remains binding until its change or termination is requested,
  3. During the order's effective period, the Orderer may change any aspect of the order: suspend deliveries, change titles or quantities. Orders are performed according to their current status,
  4. The press is delivered directly to the address specified by the Orderer, on the date on which it is delivered to Poland (in Warszawa), or the following day (in Poznań, Wrocław, Katowice, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot, Kraków) /applies to dailies and weeklies delivered in the center of Warszawa, Poznań, Kraków, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Sopot, Wrocław, Katowice; the Orderer designates and makes available a place where the press is to be left, and notifies the janitor or the receptionist that the press will be delivered/.
  5. The press is delivered with our means of transportation, and at our cost. In the case of small orders, when delivery value remains below PLN 12, the price of the delivered title is increased by min. PLN 2,20.
  6. Payments for delivered newspapers and magazines are to be made after the month in which they are delivered, on the basis of an EuroPress' invoice issued on the last day of the month.
  7. All settlements are based on prices in effect on the delivery date.
  8. Receiver can report undelivered or damaged issues to EuroPress. Complaints about undelivered issues must be made immediately upon noticing gaps in the numbering sequence or when it was found that delivery is not compatible with specification. Complaints about damaged issues must be made not later than within 3 days after the delivery date.
    • EuroPress supplements undelivered issues and replaces damaged issues. Should a complaint remain uncorrected, EuroPress will not charge in monthly invoice the Client by amount of claimed goods.
    • EuroPress is not responsible for delivery delays and shortages occurred by fault of publishers and suppliers, and delays in the transportation of newspapers and magazines to Poland caused by factors beyond its control.
